Before we get into that, you’ll learn about the 3 main categories of limiting beliefs. I’ll then get into my top list of limiting beliefs. I’ll explain each one in detail and give you some ideas on how to change them.

Some of my list of limiting beliefs are core beliefs that apply to almost all areas of life.  Others are more specific to health, relationships or money. I’m sure some will jump out at you! The key is to know what they are and then change them. I’ll help you do that in this podcast.
