At the moment, you may feel that life is out of control. The Coronavirus Pandemic is not something that you or I wanted! 

However, like any adversity or set-back in life, the way you think, feel and act in response to it can have a huge effect on how it affects you.

In reality, there is a lot that you can do to stay well during this challenging time.  Most of it is simple basic stuff that will keep your immune system strong. Think of your immune system as your “last line of defence”. 

In this podcast, I will cover what I’m doing to keep my immune system as strong as possible so that you can do that too.

I also talk about ways to improve your mental health, because stress, anxiety or even loneliness affects your immune system too.
